I want to replace the shocks. I think one is broken.
Any recommendations as to brand and model?

Not sure what broken refers to in shocks other than the seals giving out, but I'd look for a culprit if it isn't already known.  As far as replacements, it depends on the type of driving you will be doing.  However, GM offers stock replacements or you could go with all out drag shocks like the QA1's.  Konis as previously mentioned, sale adjustable shocks that allow you to change the ride according to your driving style or driving application.  I recommend them as well. Bilsteins are also a good choice.  I have them on my 30th with the eibach pro-kit and couldn't be happier.

I ordered 4 new Bilstein shocks for my car today from SLP. Can't wait to get them and put them on!

I run the Bilstein's myself. I am mixed on them, but I think it could be the springs I am running. My car feels like a dump trunk when I hit bumps. The car corners 2nd to none though.

It is difficult if not impossible to find the shock specs as far as rebound and dampening to compare to that factory ride quality.  That's why so many people go with adjustable shocks, so they can find the sweet spot they prefer or adjust to a particular driving style.

The ones that I bought are not adjustable. They are shocks that were designed for the Firehawk. SLP catalog #22
